Travelling mindfully is usually easier said than done. Although you're away and on vacation and expect to be relaxed the entire time, there are plenty of other stresses that come with being away.
You'll be out of your usual zone of comfort and, no matter how excited you are to experience a new culture and location, it can be difficult to settle in to an unknown place. Luckily, there are plenty of ways to travel more mindfully and they don't require you to sit on the top of a mountain.
One of my favourite trips was when I tailored my vacation to my goal by going away to learn yoga in India. You could try a trip like this yourself or simply be persistent with your own yoga practice on the road. But by far the most beneficial is to learn to incorporate meditation into your daily life, no matter the location. Because once you know how to find your peace wherever you are, whatever you do, you'll truly learn to be mindful.

As you can see, you don't need anything to start practicing mindful travel. You can incorporate it into everything you do, from being present in the moment and listening to the sounds of nature, to eating slowly and appreciating every bite, to reflecting on wonderful memories when you return home.
